Some orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. And others may take 1-3 business days to process and ship. Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days. Due to COVID-19 delays may apply.

Orders are shipped through a DTG company.

Gsusthebrand is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by this company.

Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days. Please plan accordingly.

If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

Sizing

We offer unisex tees. Unisex tees run LARGER. The hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they also run larger. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.

ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed.

Returns/Exchanges

(March 2021:) Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily not accepting exchanges or returns. Items are final sale.

There are no refunds.
